Where do I get my login?

If you are an Enterprise user you will get your login from your internal IT team. If you are a Standard user you will get them emailed to you by Engage Works.

 

Do I need to be online for it to work?

Yes! This is a cloud based solution (similar to your emails or Skype) and so to connect you will need to be online. You can easily check this by going onto any web browser and searching for any news site.

 

Can I save my work?

Your work is automatically saved as you do it. If you close your session or lose connection for any reason your work will be exactly where you left it.

 

What files can I upload?

You can currently upload: images, videos, and pdfs. We are working on supporting more different file types in the future.
